Fraud Risk Check
Twelve questions, about three minutes. You get a score for each area, your biggest gaps and what to close first. Answer honestly; nothing leaves your device.
The most common frauds are stopped by a handful of basic controls
What the check looks at
- Cash and payments. Approval of payments, bank reconciliations, cash handling and supplier bank-detail changes, which is where most payment fraud starts.
- People and access. Whether one person can create and pay a supplier, how system access is managed, whether staff can report concerns safely, and how new hires are screened.
- Oversight. Independent review, budget-to-actual comparison, physical counts of assets and stock, and whether there is a plan for when something is found.
